These photos were taken a couple of days after I bought an old Toyota Corona. After stopping of at Hungry Jack's for some food for a couple of friends, we decided to go for a bit of a drive with a couple of friends on some dirt roads near Port Wakefield Road. We discovered old Coronas aren't particularly good at getting through slippery mud.
The mud was so thick and slimy I could barely even walk on it, so it's no surprise that a rear wheel drive car with cheap tyres got stuck.
After a fair bit of help from Prach and Dean we managed to get the Corona out of the worst of the mud, and head back home.
And while we're on the theme of getting stuck in dirt and mud, here's my old Magna wagon, stuck on the side of the road in June 2007.
