Random Car Spotting: Jaguar XJS convertible

This isn't quite as random as the other cars I've posted so far, given that it was at Mallanats, an event held in 2009, but it's something a bit different to what you usually see with Jags. These 1970s models tend to have Chev V8s transplanted into them in fairly reasonable numbers, as far as cross-make engine conversions go, but chopping the roof and adding some flames isn't something you see every day. Unless you own the car.
